Toni has always had the desire to assist people around her to become healthy happy and beautiful.
She started over 30 years ago in early childhood development she attended KCC Community College in Illinois,
where she studied child psychology and Early childhood Development and worked as a nursery school teacher.
Toni relocated to St. Paul Minnesota where she became a licensed cosmetologist. She work for Regis Corporation, one of
the largest of its kind. Regis owned over 400 salons around the country. Toni was promoted from Stylist to Manager,
where she then relocated back to Chicago Illinois to head up a staff of 35 stylists. Toni led her team to the highest
grossing Salon in the country two years in a row.
She won the highest honor of Presidential Award from the company. Toni was then promoted to Master Stylist and Styles
Director, where she traveled all over the United States and Europe teaching professional hair stylists Advanced Training
and Product Education. Toni worked as an instructor for Revlon Product's Professional Education Videos Series. When Toni
wasn't traveling, she would donate a day to work with senior citizens as a volunteer hair stylist. Toni always had the
heart to give back.
After four and a half years on the road as a stylist director, Toni decided to come home and work as an Educational Director
for SoftSheen. She opened owned and managed salons and boutiques. As part of her own business, she freelanced as a
stylist for celebrity guests on variety shows.
In her free time, she decided to become a certified personal trainer to help herself to continue to be fit and healthy.
Toni had several private clients some of which were celebrities. Toni still had the desire to help people to become happy.
She had the ability to communicate with anyone and bring them joy. Toni has the natural talent to make people laugh so she decided to enter into a comedy competition. That was the beginning of her comedy career.
Toni traveled all over United States and was hired on a Military Comedy Tour in England, Holland, and Germany.
She appeared on BET comic view for two seasons and worked as a celebrity comedian on daytime talk shows.
Toni always found a way to give back. During her comedy career, she produced a series of shows called jokes for coats to
help buy new coats while providing hats and gloves for children who were less fortunate. Toni brought together celebrity comedians as well as local comedians that donated their time and talents to help those children in need.
Toni has a natural ability to encourage uplift and Inspire anyone that she comes in contact with and has a special connection with children.
Toni realized her natural ability to connect with children and adults in a positive way. She became a motivational speaker
and certified life and health and wellness coach. As a certified life coach, Toni has developed workshops for young men
and women to teach them social etiquette and life skills while preparing them for the future. Toni also is the author of Love
Speaks, a DVD workbook and journal on Grief and the loss of a loved one. She created a curriculum for domestic violence
targeting the beauty industry in order to help them to identify clients that may be dealing with abuse.
She also created a series of Works shops to help prevent lifestyle diseases such as Type 2 diabetes in adults and children.
During the time of Toni's travels throughout the United States and Europe, she realized we all had one thing in common, and
that one thing is love . She has developed a series of shows called the Toni Talks Show which puts an emphasis on all the
types of love, and help individuals to identify them in their lives. And to know that they are loved and that they are connected
to the higher power which is love that connects all of us in this world.
